      My point of view: I love that Jay has a realistic rutine with food and work-out. Now a days, there is a lot of people on the internet eating only green food with restricted rutines, and working out hard 24/7. That kind of "perfection" can create unhealthy diets and body-images. Do remember that this isn´t always the case, but it´s important to find your own diet that works for you, and I mean that the key is to find motivation from healthy and realistic ideas from others. So thank you Jay, for being a great role model and showing both the downfalls and up-lifting moments within the progress of dieting. I´m proud to be your supporter

      I’m very late for this, and I have a reason why; When this video dropped, I was in the hospital. My condition grew worse, and I ended up in ICU for a few days. ONTOP of the stress of my body now, school was making it worse. So I had to put my education on pause as well. I’m out the hospital now, and I have to work my strength back up, so walking for a long time is a no go now. I’m just glad to be alive and to be able to work on my body more, and take proper care of myself. To lighten up the news; I lost 2 more pounds! Even though I won’t be able to workout much, I can still eat very well to slim down!

        @Robert's World Very true but as far as we know he doesn't train the same muscles 2 days in a row, I could be wrong though obv

        @bhu idk yeah, that's what I meant. It's not good to train the same muscles every day because the muscles will have no healing time (therefore they won't grow much).

        Well that depends on the type of workouts you do, if u have a split program and play basketball a couple time a week u can def workout 6/7 days. With the right program u can even workout every day, as long as u don't train the same muscle twice in 24 hours
